No returns on peptides
Due to the nature of peptides and laboratory chemicals, returns are not possible. Once an order has been shipped, the product cannot be resold or re-inspected for sterile conditions.
This policy is necessary to safeguard the safety of our customers and the integrity and purity of our products. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Damaged delivery or broken vial
If your order has arrived damaged or contains a broken vial, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp and include clear photos.
Requirements:

- Clear photos of the visible damage
In these cases, we will send a replacement shipment free of charge. This is our standard solution to help you as quickly as possible.
Refund (only after second shipment)
A refund is only possible if:

- there have been two shipments (the original shipment + a free replacement shipment), and

- a problem occurs again during the second shipment (for example, damage or a broken vial).
In that exceptional case, we offer a full refund. In other words, we will always send a replacement product first; a refund will only be considered in the event of repeated failure.

Incorrectly entered shipping address
Always check your shipping information carefully. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
